Why Am I Seeing $32 OW Fares (after credits) SFO-LAX - No Advance Purchase
The title says it. I am looking at united.com for flights tomorrow from SFO to LAX - and I see the $149 fare crossed out and $32 written below the crossed out fare.

Similar to what I see sometime when there is a reduction in miles because I have a UA credit card.

Is this normal? Why am I seeing this?
