I usually fly on American when over here in the US and had some bad enough experiences with pre-orders meals that didn’t get loaded and so on, that’s why I though give Delta a try for a change. But this menu (and the cancellation of the only acceptable hot meal items without even a word of warning, I accidentally just noticed) tops AA in crapiness ten fold. I’m really angry t myself having spent over $800 on this flight- for THAT. Speechless, really.
Strange things happen with pre-select on DL in the days leading up to the first of the month. Those choices, and your selection, might reappear. If you have not made a new selection, check your reservation on pnr.sh and see if PEML appears in the SSR section - if so, that’s the quiche and your selection is valid. If you’ve changed it to the salmon, it will say PFML. Ultimately it’s just DL’s poor IT behind all this. I’ve seen weird things like this happen around this time each month. Check again frequently between now and your flight, paying close attention to the T-24 cutoff.
