Had a TMC booking of £13k, awarded based on distance based. Similar booking with same TMC, awarded on spend (or same day ticket price). Very frustrating and made several calls/ emails to BAC but they are sticking to the distance based T&C. Super annoying, especially as part of it was me paying cash to upgrade to F (via TMC).
Please can you post up the finnair ticket receipt (with personal details removed) as this might give some help in trying to work out the logic behind this, which may in turn be useful to other readers or even might provide a way for people to try and ensure they get the ticket booked they actually want.
