I am Gold.
I am fairly certain the status points added were 7500 (150%).
The numbers aren't adding up. In 2025, earnings on partner flights were unified into a single chart with J earning a 25% COS Status Point bonus. Furthermore, Elite bonuses were trimmed for Silver (50% to 25%), Gold (100% to 50%), and Platinum (125% to 100%) starting in 2025.
Assuming that the flight posted as if purchased from a partner (via Concur), the earnings should be 4800 × 1.25 = 6000 Status Points. For Points, the multipliers are additive, 1.25 COS + 0.5 Elite = 1.75. 4800 × 1.75 = 8400 Points
If the COS was 50% then the Status Points should be 4800 × 1.5 = 7200 (not 7500) Status Points. For Points, the multipliers are additive, 1.5 COS + 0.5 Elite = 2.0. 4800 × 2 = 9600, which looks correct, but isn't.
The only scenario where the COS at 50% on a BA (I) class ticket would be if the ticket was purchased before October 14th, 2024 when the new earning structure was disclosed. Earning would be BASE + 50% COS Bonus + 100% (RDM Bonus) + 100% RDM Elite Bonus fot MVPG, or 150% EQM & 350% RDM. A call to AS was required to adjust the earnings.
If the purchase via Concur is eligible for the elevated earnings, the earnings should be as discussed prior.
I would call Customer Care at 1-800-654-5669 and have them look into it. Hours: M-F 7:00 am to 7:00 PM, Sat 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sun Closed.
