A few years ago, I was pleasantly surprised by a Polaris beef dish and enjoyed it even more than the equivalent in QSuite. Not sure if it's the same one this time.
Roll the dice on the quality of the foods on plane.
Just order what you really want to eat. Hope that FAs on your plane prepare the food well.
