Of 4 AS legs, the only one that didn't post and they subsequently rejected a retroclaim for was one that the calculator doesn't work for. I assume it's just CX IT being CX IT...
After a few calls I've been told that because I filed through the form, it was process "automatically" and there may have been a "system error" and they are now reapplying manually to see if that solves the problem. The same thing happened when I filed for a flight that was marketed by one OW airline but operated by another OW airline. A manual refilled fixed it.
If you did the claim through the online form I'd suggest calling until someone does a manual refile for you.
