Is anyone aware if BA know this is an issue? So in reality they are just passing me between departments. You would think given the sheer volume of AmexGBT/Egencia bookings BA would want this sorted out.

Also has anyone successfully managed to have a correct or nearly correct amount of nTPs credited? How are you supposed to check what the equivalent fare is?
Check carefully the dates of the bookings for the ones you said "prior to about July", the rule changed on 30/6/25,

so for bookings made on or before 30/6/25 they would award on the "higher" of the two methods though were not that clear on what exactly they meant by the two methods, but it is implied to be distance based or Earning based, i.e they would calculate using both methods and then choose the one that gave you the most TP

Post 30/6/25 it would just be on the correct rule, which could be distance based or earning based, but what they wont; do is take both methods and give you the higher one.

If you could post a few examples of dates/fare charged/routes/TP awarded they could be checked to try and work out what they are doing

BA won't think it is a problem, as far as they are concerned they are awarding TPs correctly in line with their published rules

Don't forget though the new system is much simplier than the old and all the members were crying out how unfair and complex the old system was...................
