I'd be surprised if it were that low tbh (although a fair few will be self-connecting/overnighting and may not show up as a 'true' connection in the stats. Certainly, the last MAN-LHR shuttle I got off (although admittedly a morning one where I'd expect more connections), I'd say you had 5 people going to connections for every 1 that went to arrivals.
