I have managed a shift to 'A' or 'K' on a W booking at T-72 (ish) using partner websites - but never on BA. As KARFA highlights, the option seems to have been removed.

However, a new curve ball as Flighty has alerted me that the flight is now being operated by a 787-10 rather than a 777 although BA still has not updated.
