I love the comparisons to UA. You've got an international carrier, one with literally the largest mainline fleet with over 1k planes, vs. a primarily domestic airline with no lie-flat product, virtually no wide bodies, and less than a quarter of the number of planes.
Why on earth would you ever expect the latter to do anything remotely similar to the former? They aren't even in the same league. Do you guys compare the speed and strategies of competitive runners to bicyclists too?
