I don't think UA needs to do anything more than open their arms and welcome them in.

Sure they could status match them, but they already have lucrative corporate agreements in the bay area for those HVFs and can enlighten those former AS FFs with what its like to stay on your own metal on dozens of international destinations. UA is a whole different ball game than AS. I came from there, and still prefer it here in SAN, but there is just a different league.
