Just stumbled upon this thread so I will add my review of the Baked crab Shell with crab meat on my flight from HKG-LAX in March of this year. Total flop .. it was just a mush of crab and whatever they mixed with it and it was a very small portion. Thankfully, I ate a full meal in the lounge beforehand so it didn’t make a difference to me on board.
Can confirm and fully agree -- I had this on the same HKG-LAX route last month... didn't finish eating it. Arrived cold and looked/tasted mushy. Hard pass. Wouldn't mind trying other dishes to keep an open mind....
