Sorry if I was confusing. I simply meant that BOA also has anti-churning policies, which may be even worse than Chase’s new policies and which have caused me personally a fair amount of wasted time and aggravation. I’m also not a fan of cash-back, so any cash-back to me is a poor substitute (sour grapes) for points or miles.
