Datapoint ZRH-JFK P to A:
I know I posted ZRH-EWR above but I misconnected and missed that flight. Got rebooked on ZRH-JFK the next day. Upgrade purchase offer at check-in was CHF 2,070. Seat map showed 3 seats available.

I guess that's typical going rate for ZRH-NYC. I wish it was lower like USD 1,500 range for upgrade to LH F.
