most pc's in the last 5 years or more support usb c charging and most are solely usb c now, most are 65w bricks that come with them though most will charge at 45w. now some high end workstation machines likely cant charge off anything less than 100w but those arnt that common.
If you have a standard business class HP Probook 440/460 or Lenovo Thinkpad or Dell Lattitude, it should charge just fine over USB C.
Fascinating. I'm on a ThinkPad X1. Battery lasted fine the whole flight once charged up but good to know that USB-C may actually suffice.
