One DP doesn't make a full analysis, but FWIW I go to MKE fairly often (4-6 times a year); there's at least 6 routes on any given weekday, and no matter what time I go (or come back) they're all at least 95% full.

There's a recently-added SAN-MKE NS daily, and 10/24 it was at 100%.
