I also chatted to him yesterday. I suddenly had time on my hands after swapping to the 7.30 LCY flight rather than suffer the 3 hour delay to the 6.35. He did seem utterly fed up with the situation. He was quick to say it wasn’t personal to the BA passengers and they weren’t the ones giving him the most grief so I do wonder if over recent school holidays it has been busy and non BA passengers have been turned away? I did joke that I missed being able to take a packet of Tyrell’s crisps for my journey and having to request my drinks (all non alcoholic) however it wasn’t the end of the world and the view is better from the Lomond Lounge.
