how many B gates can accomodate widebodies? If DL does add a D1 lounge to SLC (seems like a big "if" at this point), would it be in this concourse? Seems like there's no room in A and I seriously doubt they're going to build a D1 lounge in B if the D1 flights are all departing from A.
