I was also looking at sendmybag.com (sungod beat me to the post!). Their website shows pickup and delivery service from Spain to the USA in 2-3 day for $149 (44 lb suitcase). They also explain the paperwork requirements and they don't look too complicated. Similar price to Luggage Forward used by Viking Cruise (but quicker deliver). Fedex service is is quoting around 750 Euro for a 5 day service (using guestimate for small suitcase). DHL looks to be less expensive at 270 Euro with 2 day delivery.
