You can always write to CCC but with an arrival 3-3 hrs before the LH and LX desks open I would not have expected someone to meet you at your domestic flight tbh.
Especially when the check-in is not (yet) open and, hence, no LH/LX staff is present or approachable, I would expect a pick-up from the incoming flight.
