I have 2 Business class tickets for Oman air to BKK in January 2026. Today I was trying to book the same flight in November but do not find the same flight timing. I double checked my January fight and found out that my flight has been cancelled without any email or call from Oman Air.

I called the customer service and requested to change the flight to the previous day in order to make sure that I can catch my connection flight. My ticket was the promo ticket and they do not have the same one available anymore and only the more expensive business class tickets are available (with more luggage weight). They put me on waiting list and said it will need approval. It has been 24 hours and no update. Is there anything I could do in this case?
