I posted this on chase group but realied I used my platinum:
"Any tips on what urgent care or doctor to use for trip cancellation? Very cheap $500 round trip ticket. I have a pcp but it takes days to weeks to get an appointment.

any suggestions such as needing to go to urgent care center versus virtual like Amazon , etc?
