I booked the flight on AC's website but never entered by Aeroplan number at any time, during booking, check in, and TK*G is clearly visible on the BP and I wasn't able to access the free wifi for Aeroplan members (which probably means that my Aeroplan number wasn't in the system). If I sign into my Aeroplan account right now, I do not see this itinerary (the US-Asia Eco Flex). But the outbound segment I just flew is credited to my Aeroplan account. I'm kind of shocked since I literally never provided my Aeroplan number, wasn't able to use the wifi that was free for Aeroplan members, and don't even see the itinerary on my Aeroplan account, and yet the flight credited there. How did they even associated my Aeroplan number with my flight? How did this happen and is there anything I can do to get this reversed and credited to my TK account and/or at least get my return flight credited to TK?

If you signed into your AE account well booking the flight, your AE number will be on the files.
