Hmm.. it was 6am from Vegas so it was a bit foggy (lol), but I'm pretty sure I saw several empty seats in C+.

I'm going to push back on the rejection and see. I did end up taking my wife to the ER that afternoon so I feel some leniency from Delta is due.
