Was the OP on the plane during the briefing? He could have told the crew then.

We can play this game, but since all the airlines are doing it, with the number of crew members getting hurt, airlines are being cautious.

If the airlines truly want to make the necessary changes to their service, they are aware of FT, and someone could monitor this thread and others here, but they do not care; that is why nothing changes.
