It's been a quiet rollout. For years, I couldn't get any availability of interest (=significantly competitive vs. buying a cheap ticket and hoping to buy an upgrade) for flights I was considering taking. Now, I won't say the availability is "cheap Z when I want it", but it is "within time constraints I can work with". So, a quiet upgrade, but noticeable.
