As per general guidance in this thread, just do a very short:
Kindly confirm this is your final answer so I take further steps (CEDR/MCOL)
Use no additional wording.
If no response or such confirmation, after 8 weeks just go to CEDR (or MCOL after 2 weeks if that is your preference).
