We are flying into FCO on Delta in business, connecting on a separate ticket to VCE on ITA. We are planning to carry on for the Delta flight and check our bags on ITA. Is three hours enough, as long as passport control is not stupid? Do both the Delta and domestic flight use T3? TIA!
