I've ordered a special meal (vegan / VGML) on a couple of flights in business this year, and it was definitely a business meal. On AF it was quite good, on KL it was very underwhelming (the crew was a bit ashamed of serving the breakfast which was the exact same as the main meal's desert, i.e. just some pieces of fruit). But definitely different from Y.
