There is a long running "bug" with connecting flights showing menus in the app. Once you're within the window, the pre-select options should appear in the meal reservation page, so you have some sort of idea.
We had similar issue for CPH to BKK on 9 Nov. CPH to DOH opened up menu exactly 2 weeks prior to flight departure time. The DOH to BKK sector didn't open 2 weeks prior to its time but did open this am after multiple tries. Suggest keep trying as looks like a glitch. TBH the DOH to BKK menu looks less glamorous than the other so will leave that one and choose on the day! Can always refuel in AM lounge if feeling peckish!!
