Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked: 1 King Classic Mountain View Lounge Access
Received: Multilevel upgrade 1 Bedroom Suite Cathedral View
As a non-lounge pass holder, I am booking this room and usually receiving 1 King Terrace Suite Cathedral View which is my fav type (it has a lovely terrace).
This time all Terrace Suites were sold out, and the upgrade was visible in the app on the day of check-in.

How are the rooms?
The suite is excellent for stay with a teen, providing sofa in the living area + lavatory and solid door separation with the bedroom area where the lis located.
Sleeping comfort is excellent (great bed and pillows) + USB ports located next to the bed.
The suite is very much like what MrsW described on Sept's stay. Byredo in the Bathroom, probably L'Occitane in the living area's lavatory (I saw a bar but did not paid attention to the brand as we did not used it).
Spacious bathroom with two basins, lavatory and Rainshower + bathtub.
We received the same consistent welcome treatment in terms of fruit plate, extra water + welcome note written by (I believe) the MoD.

How is the exec. lounge?
Small, nice and quiet place to retreat. For our two days stay it was never crowded.
Fortunately, most of the times there are no noisy groups.
We usually are having breakfast in the main restaurant and visit the lounge for a second coffee.

What was good and what was bad?
Good:
- Room in excellent condition
- Courteous staff
- Ador providing great dining option. I was advised the menu is going to be changed next week.
- For 7 years since the hotel is opened, we never used the massage services of Hexaya. As Mrs. K is quite picky on this topic; she was a bit skeptical when we booked a procedure for her. It turned out this is a hidden gem as the lady was a therapist, and the Neck & Back Relaxing had a fantastic result.

Bad:
- Nothing

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
This was a BOGO staycation for ~300EUR, the hotel provides excellent value for its location, staff and hard product. We will definitely return no later than New Year
