But if its customer service calls where you have to talk to someone in India, I hope WN doesnt go that way. Have a horrible time talking to them. Once, I think AA or BA maybe a few years back - I called and wanted pricing from Dallas to Athens and the agent said - Sir, is it Dallas , TX or Dallas ( Dulles*) Washington ? Good lord. Just hung up and called back later and this time it was someone in London and it was much better..
Perhaps that's why every airline's website and app are riddled with bugs and error messages. Southwest has, until now, been the easiest.
I recently had to deal with National's roadside assistance in India to ask about swapping a vehicle with a check engine light. I told him the nearest location was in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and he thought I said Whitehorse, Canada. I hung up and took the chance that it would last until I returned at the airport.
