FHR stays always counts towards EQN. You need to contact customer service (I prefer twitter), give them the details of your reservation and have them add your WOH number to the reservation. Then the stay will appear in your account. It doesn't matter if you entered your WOH number when booking via Amex Travel because they're not forwarding it to Hyatt properly, so it won't automatically show up.
