LAX is a different situation than SFO. They are losing a many of their gates due to construction (almost all the west side T6 gates are closing for about a year) and have to slash. They are stating a new lease in 2027 that has them maintaining their 12 gates at T6 with minimum usage requirements, as all the new airline leases have again now. We will see the capacity return to LAX. SFO I doubt it. They also will have the DOJ imposed codeshare restrictions with AA end next December. This prohibits most hub to hub codesharing and selling of each others flights. This being lifted should be a huge boom but most so for LAX.
