A lot of US airlines outsource IT jobs. If it's just IT that the customer doesnt see or hear, I am OK. But if its customer service calls where you have to talk to someone in India, I hope WN doesnt go that way. Have a horrible time talking to them. Once, I think AA or BA maybe a few years back - I called and wanted pricing from Dallas to Athens and the agent said - Sir, is it Dallas , TX or Dallas ( Dulles*) Washington ? Good lord. Just hung up and called back later and this time it was someone in London and it was much better..
