I think I have a new one…but I’m not sure what’s broken, although it seems it’s BA AND the App.

DUB-LHR (Tue Late) and then LHR-DFW (Wed mid-morning)

Flight is ticketed…couple of changes occurred…the earlier AA flight was cancelled and I was smoothly moved to the later flight…but both AA flights show up on BA’s PRN, and only one on AA’s. That’s fine, it’ll work.

Then BA changes the DUB flight arrival time from 2150 to 2200…and generates a disruption message and tells me they’re sorry that I now cannot make my connection, which the PRN clearly shows at 11 hours and 10 minutes. I called BA and they said it was a flaky module or something and was all good. As noted above, the ticket is good.

I get a check-in time message, and try to use the app. Now the PRN is missing the DUB-LHR flight, but still has the two AA legs LHR-DFW, no way to check-in. OK, fine, BA.com…the PRN has the Dub-LHR leg, I start to check-in, get to step 4 and the check-in hangs. I wait 2 minutes and bail. Then I log-in to BA.com again, and it says I’m checked in for the flight. OK, I want my my boarding pass. Select mobile option and it sends me to the App to get it, saying it’s there, it isn’t…in fact that leg still isn’t showing in the App.

OK, back to BA.com…fax, er no…pickup at airport, kinda defeats the point, no…print, OK, and I finally
found a way to get a screen shot of my boarding pass…but Jesus H. Christ.
