One of the many reasons why one airline is making money and they other isn't. UA probably has the best 788 configuration of any 788 operator given how the aircraft CASM sucks and UA is still able to have ~20% of the seats in either J or W but not too few in either cabin. Also helps they only have twelve of them and it fills a niche.
