I guess I had that dish ("Sichuan-style prawns and sole fish with steamed rice, shimeji mushrooms and vegetables") last week... The two flavourless prawns were pretty much the only things I ate out of it. The fish was breaded and, of course, totally wilted when reheated... like a bad school cafeteria "kalapuikko" (fish stick). The roast beef appetiser was the only decent thing on the tray (the picked veggies were nice). It seems the catering out of HKG is even worse than out of HEL. The best option is to eat at one of the CX lounges and skip the meal onboard, I think.
