Goes more south than west but still "west" to go down to BKK from UBN on a MIAT 737. From BKK, Spice Jet 737 to Kolkata (CCU) and then FlyDubai from CCU to DXB and then onward on FlyDubai again to Warsaw, Poland. From WAW, two KLM 737s via AMS will get you the rest of the way to GLA. All the way around the world going on 737s westbound without backtracking east for any part of it that includes going via UBN.

Oh I'm sure people even non-MR'ing could easily beat it. Even just BOS-SEA-Hawaii is slightly longer and it would be very easy to start in the Caribbean, fly to an East Coast gateway, fly to the West Coast, then fly to Hawaii, all on narrowbodies. Going further, if you started in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands, you could even do a domestic run all the way to GUM solely on narrowbodies. You could do STT to GUM all on UA metal 737s, and starting at a slightly further point, STX to the Continental US on AA and then switch to UA at some point to get to Hawaii and then Guam.
