didn’t realize there would be more waiting!

Also, am I correct that to use the Southwest credits, I must book via the Chase portal, and then they will be credited retroactively? Does anyone know which credit gets primacy (SW vs general $300 travel credit?).

I don’t want to book SW thinking they’ll apply the SW credit only to have used my general travel credit! Thanks
