Firmly agree with the above. Nice open space with some apron views but otherwise absolutely ghastly. Broken sockets, dirty chairs, filthy toilets, useless wifi, foul wine. With the added gift today of noisy children, which is not the fault of the lounge of course.

It didn’t help that it took an hour (1 whole hour) to clear passport control.
