There are definitely some noises in the hotel no matter where you are, but I didn't get any of the club thumping noises so everything was easily blocked out with a fairly low brown noise on my phone.

The breakfast, which is available as room service, had good tea and sides. Many of the mains are just okay. I would avoid the whitefish benedict (sounded awesome), the avocado toast, and definitely the breakfast sandwich. The Beekman breakfast and the omelets were pretty good.

The front desk is always helpful and also protects any food delivery vs many hotels in NYC seem to just put the deliveries on a countertop where they could be grabbed by anyone so you need to be somewhat punctual.

The gym is small and even being small it's split across two floors. Very NYC setup.

If you are staying near FiDi / downtown, this is a good option, especially while Gild Hall's restaurant is being redone.
Now after being there enough to try every single breakfast dish, the main issue is the breakfast hashbrown which features in many dishes (the whitefish benedict is on it). It's undercooked so the inside is mushy and tasteless. Everything else about the breakfast is great, and the food overall for in-room or restaurant is really good.
