Had the joy of BA's system not being able to handle the clock changes this morning, requiring manual boarding for everyone. That plus a 30 minute sit at the gate and 20 minute taxi resulted in a ~30 minute arrival delay into LHR. At least the crew this morning were extremely apologetic, unlike past flights where they've just acknowledged the delay, if mentioning it at all.
On the plus side, at least it wasn’t a bus gate at LHR ….
