Is the NH Suite better thn the SQ25 F in-cabin experience? The SQ ground game at Terminal 4 isn't a wow, but in SIN I'd say it rivals LH's F in FRA. Maybe even better.

I’d also go with QR; I find taking QR704 (the 10:30am ex-JFK) connecting to QR828/826 (both of which arrive at BKK in the evening), perfect for adjusting to BKK time. And needless to say, you’ll have qsuites on the longer ex-JFK flight, and recently QR switched to do&co for catering ex-JFK, so the food will be quite delicious as well. But ofc if you can swing NH F, obvi go for that!
Is the loyalty program at QR worth doing? I never found airline loyalty programs to be a wow, but always look at the premium MR sub here on FT for deals. I'd try to consoluidate as much cash flying as I can with one carrier. Are you paying cash and building status with NH also?

I love to drink, and did plenty, until now. Liver says "no". So, the seat having ample leg room so I don't have to worry about a clot, overall treatment in general, and to a degree the ground 'game' are things that seem important.

Is it me, or does our mileage vary with how check-in and security is 'handled' by various airlines for J vs F in routes to SEA? I've had very different experiences on my last four SQ25 trips.

Would avoid: AA, LH (non-Allegris), LX (F is great)
Notwithstanding remeption availability and 'pricing', if you were joing to do MRs with one of those listed in your "Eager" list, which would you choose and why, if any? Not sure NYC-BKK is real MR 'material', but sure seems so. What milestone would you need to 'get to', with which airline, to get the most 'bang' for your buck? Just curious, as I'll try to max out the cash spends and get all I can from them. (I'm an FIT, not a biz traveller, so paying with my own hay.)

I'm certainly not loving the older 777 F on SQ seat. It's better than the 787 J Sharklet I used to fly domestic (I think on UA years ago), but I had this notion it'd be sublime.

I can (and will) Google, but (from experience) can you tell me which kind of metal has the newer SQ J? 787/A380? I've thought about going to LHR or FRA to try to SQ A380, but it's quite a bit more....
