I was putting in a claim at work for a ticket change - cost about 7k. When I actually read the receipt they sent to me, it said cost of change £0.00.
That took a bit of sorting out! BA wrote a letter in the end

By the way, does the Finnair e-ticket link not work with travel agent bookings? I checked my flight later today to PHX and another to AUS in a couple of weeks and the website can't find my bookings. Works for the NCL trip that I booked so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. Both the US trips were booked for me by US travel agents. I can see the 125 ticket numbers in MMB. Not worried, just interested.
