When you buy a ticket are you suggesting that the terms of non refundable and/or non changeable tickets are unclear?

There is no cheating going on if you choose to buy a non refundable ticket and the airline refuses to refund

For unplanned emergencies, there is travel insurance available or buy a more expensive ticket that will allow most of fare to be refunded in the 10% cases that occur
