Looks like there is now a $200/year Hilton credit for the Centurion card. There have been some very incremental upgrades, but IMO quite a bit less than the upgrades given to the Platinum and Chase Reserve cards. It does not seem like AMEX is going to leverage existing partners such as Delta or Marriott to get more for Centurion.
