Theres a long list of IT issues that need to be addressed.....the website still looks like something from the late 90s and plenty of broken links and odd functionality.....flight status didnt work either on my browser either.....
The IT issues with loyalty program posting is obviously the single most frustrating things along with a long list of issues.
Who ever united hired....alaska...hire them and pay them better!
That's an interesting suggestion. Didn't United issue a ground stop in both August and September?
