But I agree they should not be making excuses for poor performance. July was quite poor for mainline AS when compared to previous years summer periods, even if you exclude the couple of days impacted by the IT outage. Blaming it thunderstorms doesn’t make sense when other carriers have even more exposure to severe weather.
