Seems to be emotion is driving a lot of people's reaction. Other airlines have IT issues, too. Not sure why anyone would expect AS to be above that. YTD January - July, AS's ontime performance (76.9%) was above the US average of 75.5%. Booking away from AS doesn't increase your overall odds of arriving at your destination on time. Travel insurance is always a good idea, regardless of carrier.
